Terms
These terms apply to the use of Klikspaan, an app by Jarmo Roos. Apple's standard licence agreement for apps from the App Store also applies.
Subscription
- Klikspaan Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription, with a free 14-day trial for new subscribers.
- Payment is made through your Apple ID. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- You cancel and manage your subscription in your Apple ID settings or through the App Store. Your subscription then continues until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple, according to Apple's policy.
- Without an active subscription or trial, Klikspaan does not check anything.
Use
- Only add websites and repos that are yours or that you have permission for.
- Do not use Klikspaan to probe or attack other people's systems.
- For "What should I do?" you use your own key from Anthropic (Claude) or OpenAI (ChatGPT). The costs of that and the terms of that service are your responsibility.
No warranty
Klikspaan helps you find vulnerabilities, but it cannot see everything. A vulnerability may therefore go unreported, or an alert may not apply to your situation. Advice from Claude or ChatGPT is generated automatically and may contain mistakes: always check commands and steps before you run them, and make a backup. You remain responsible for the security and maintenance of your own systems.
Liability
The maker of Klikspaan is not liable for damage caused by using Klikspaan or by following advice, except in the case of intent or gross negligence. If the maker of Klikspaan is liable after all, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for Klikspaan in the 12 months before.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows when. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
